This listing is for a new zinc “Chicago Die Casting Co.” #147, 4 step pulley
Diameters are: 2″, 3″, 4″, 5″ (diameters measured at max od, not the root of the “V” groove)
2.45″ wide, bore length is 1.72″
This pulley is designed for use with 1/2″ wide belts, 1/2″ belts run at full dia, 3/8″ belts can also be used in all the grooves except the 2″ size,  3/8″ belts will run lower in the groove than 1/2″ wide belts.
Pulleys are available in 4 bore sizes, choose above
1/2″ bore, Smooth bore, no keyway, 1 set screw
5/8 & 3/4″ bore, 3/16″ keyway, 1 set screw
1″ bore, 1/4″ keyway, 1 set screw
All zinc die cast pulleys are rated for fractional horsepower applications.  Over powering the pulley will result in premature failure.
